凯联国际酒店2025财年业绩：收入微降至2.90亿元，归属股东亏损收窄至4.74亿元

凯联国际酒店于2026年6月26日公布了截至2026年3月31日止2025财年年度业绩。期内，公司实现收入2.90亿元，较上一财年的2.99亿元下降2.9%；毛利1.96亿元，毛利率由68.4%降至67.6%。公司权益股东应占亏损为4.74亿元，同比减少15.4%，对应每股基本及摊薄亏损1.32元。

财年内，公司投资物业估值亏损进一步下降至6.13亿元，经营亏损因此收窄至4.42亿元。融资成本为739.20万元，较上一财年减少34.2%。于报告期末，非流动资产总额为63.64亿元，同比下降8.8%，其中投资物业为63.23亿元；流动资产则小幅增长至6.63亿元。流动负债较上一财年增加至3.32亿元，主要由于银行贷款重分类所致，非流动负债则大幅下降，令公司整体资产净值降至65.55亿元。

业务方面，“国际广场”作为综合商铺中心，年度租金收入2.88亿元，较上一财年减少约3.0%，出租率则由77.1%上升至81.2%。公司于本财年继续精简人力，雇用人数为35人，相关开支约3,000万元。

股息方面，本财年建议派发末期股息每股0.19元，加上已于中期派发每股0.14元，本年度合计派息0.33元，上一财年为0.35元。于本财年末，公司银行信贷总额为2亿元，与上一财年持平，资本负债比率由2.8%上升至3.1%，主要是由于银行贷款使用规模与权益变动所致。
