AI-Powered Job Matching Platform Launches in Xindu District, Chengdu

On March 18, the Xindu Recruitment website went live, attracting significant attention from job seekers at the launch ceremony of the Xindu District 2026 "Spring Breeze Action" large-scale job fair. Many applicants submitted their resumes on the first day. The AI-driven platform, developed by Chengdu Xiangcheng Human Resources Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the state-owned Xindu Investment Group, completed three months of testing before its debut. It currently hosts data from 1,000 registered companies in Xindu and over 50,000 job seekers.

A company representative demonstrated the AI's precise matching capabilities. For job seekers, the platform simplifies the process with the slogan "Find a job in one sentence." The AI assists applicants in uploading high-quality resumes and quickly recommends suitable companies and positions. After securing an interview, the AI can simulate the interview environment, score performance, offer improvement suggestions, and even facilitate online interviews.

For employers, the platform enables "precise matching of position requirements," eliminating the need for manual resume screening. The AI provides annotated candidate recommendations with a single click, helping HR personnel select talent efficiently. Additionally, it allows companies to organize complete online recruitment processes.

"We have established human resource service points in the Xindu High-Tech Industrial Park. Our research identified rapid and accurate talent selection as a key challenge for HR departments," explained Bao Tingting, Deputy General Manager of Chengdu Xiangcheng Human Resources Development Co., Ltd. The platform will intensify promotion efforts to connect more companies and job seekers, with follow-up support to facilitate successful matches.

At the job fair, Sichuan Gute Valve Manufacturing Co., Ltd. offered nearly 20 positions across 9 roles. "We've received many resumes. Our production orders are booked until August this year, creating urgent demand for technical workers," said Li Qun, Head of Comprehensive Management. Similarly, Ding Jiatao, HR Director at Chengdu Xinshan Yuhang Technology Co., Ltd., reported hiring engineers for three positions within the first half-hour of the fair.

Analysis of employer needs revealed that aviation and high-end manufacturing companies—including Sichuan Sachuan Aviation, Chengdu Yuyuan Aviation, Chengli Aviation, and Chengdu Zhengheng Power—concentrated high-salary opportunities. Over 60% of positions were for CNC lathe operators, CNC machine operators, mechanical engineers, and process technicians, with salaries typically ranging from 6,000 to 15,000 yuan monthly, exceeding 20,000 yuan for highly skilled professionals.

"This reflects the alignment between Xindu's industrial development and the supply of high-skilled talent," noted a representative from the Xindu District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. In 2025, the district added 18,200 skilled workers, bringing the total number of high-skilled talents to 78,400, enhancing the match between industry needs and talent supply.

By 6:00 PM on the launch day, the "Spring Breeze Action" job fair had attracted 101 companies offering 1,197 positions, with 286 preliminary job matches confirmed on-site.
