During the launch event for the 2026 JD.com 618 shopping festival, Cao Peng, Chairman of the JD Group Technology Committee and President of JD Cloud, announced key initiatives. For JD.com's retail segment, the company is targeting cumulative sales for its robotic brand to surpass 10 billion yuan this year, while also reducing the product time-to-market by 30%. In logistics, JD.com plans a significant five-year investment involving 3 million robots, 1 million unmanned vehicles, and 100,000 drones.

Cao Peng stated, "JD.com will build the world's largest physical world operation center, driving AI adoption from countless industries into millions of households."
