WEIGAO GROUP Buys Back 260,000 H Shares for HKD 0.80 Million, Lifts Treasury Stock to 64.80 Million

Shandong Weigao Group Medical Polymer Company Limited (“WEIGAO GROUP”) disclosed a share buy-back executed on 11 September 2026 under its approved share repurchase mandate.

• Transaction details: The company repurchased 260,000 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HKD 3.085 and HKD 3.10 per share, implying a volume-weighted average price of approximately HKD 3.09. Total consideration amounted to HKD 0.80 million.

• Capital structure impact: The buy-back reduced the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) from 4.46 billion to 4.46 billion, a marginal contraction of 0.0058%. Treasury shares increased from 64.54 million to 64.80 million.

• Mandate utilisation: The purchase was made under the repurchase mandate granted on 29 May 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 446.46 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 7.48 million shares, representing 1.67% of the issued share base at the mandate date.

• Moratorium: In line with Hong Kong listing rules, WEIGAO GROUP is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 12 October 2026.

All procedures for the buy-back were confirmed to comply with the Hong Kong Listing Rules and relevant legal requirements.
