宁波均胜电子股份有限公司（股票代码：00699）8月11日公告称，公司已以自有资金约6.45亿元参与认购子公司广东香山衡器集团股份有限公司（下称“香山股份”）向特定对象发行的20,682,711股股票，所认购股份锁定期为三年。
本次发行的新增股份已于2026年7月31日完成受理登记，并计划于2026年8月12日在深圳证券交易所上市流通。
交易完成后，均胜电子合计持有香山股份60,304,311股，持股比例由此前水平上升至39.48%，公司仍为香山股份的控股股东。
