Alltronics Holdings Limited (Alltronics) disclosed that it has received a combined RMB0.46 million following the initial cash distribution from the bankruptcy administrator of the guarantor connected to the 2019 disposal of its entire interest in Bonroy Limited.

The distribution, announced by the administrator on 16 June 2026 and detailed in an accompanying table, allocates RMB0.16 million to Alltronics as partial settlement of the outstanding consideration for the Bonroy transaction and RMB0.30 million as a partial repayment of related debt. Both sums were credited to the group’s accounts on 21 August 2026 and will be recognised as income in the consolidated financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2026.

Alltronics had recorded full impairment losses on these receivables in its 2019 accounts amid ongoing recovery uncertainty. The current receipt does not alter the impairment stance, and the company states that the likelihood and quantum of any further distributions remain unclear. Management will continue to monitor proceedings and release additional updates when material developments arise.

The board advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in Alltronics securities.
