贪玩(09890)于2026年7月22日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示公司于当日在香港联交所场内回购普通股32万股，约占购回前公司已发行股本(不包括库存股份)的0.06%。回购每股价格介乎10.80港元至11.25港元，合计付出总金额3,524,156港元，折合约352.42万港元。本次股份回购后，公司已发行股本(不包括库存股份)变更为519,093,118股，库存股份增至15,346,800股，合计已发行股本总数仍为534,439,918股。
根据公告，该公司此前已于2026年6月17日通过回购授权，允许购回的股份总数为52,122,911股，截至目前公司已在香港联交所或其他证券交易所合计购回2,136,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股份数目的约0.41%。公司确认已遵守上市规则及相关法律规定。本次公告由公司董事吴旭波签署。
