合肥维天运通信息科技股份有限公司（02482）8月3日发布公告，基于对截至2026年6月30日止六个月期间（“报告期”）未经审计管理账目及现有资料的初步审阅，预计该集团将录得未经审计净亏损约人民币20.3百万元；而截至2025年6月30日止相应期间则录得未经审计净利润约人民币26.1百万元。
公司称，业绩由盈转亏主要由于以下两方面因素：
1. 在当前经济及行业环境下，集团继续调整业务结构，收缩运营资金占用较高且毛利率偏低的数字货运业务规模，同时加大数据服务等新业务布局以提升整体毛利率。然而，报告期内新业务带来的毛利润尚不足以弥补数字货运业务规模下降导致的毛利润缺口，整体毛利润因而下滑。
2. 集团继续投入AI应用及数字化解决方案的研发，并加大数据服务及数字化业务的销售资源投入，以推动业务结构向高毛利率方向转型，上述战略投入使研发及销售费用维持在较高水平。
公司表示，当前业绩数据未经独立核数师及审计委员会审阅，最终中期业绩或与本次披露存在差异。维天运通计划于2026年8月发布中期业绩公告。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
