Xiaomi Corp. (XIAOMI-W) has unveiled the "Cloud Purple" color variant of its upcoming REDMI Note 15 Pro smartphone. Wang Teng, General Manager of Xiaomi China's Marketing Department and REDMI Brand General Manager, showcased the device's appearance in this new color option today.

According to the introduction, the REDMI Note 15 Pro features the same durable quality as the Pro+ model while maintaining a flat screen design format.

Earlier today, Xiaomi's REDMI division officially announced that the REDMI Note 15 Pro series launch is scheduled for August 21 at 7:00 PM. According to official information, the new device boasts "true drop resistance" and "true waterproof" capabilities, while delivering "flagship experience" across multiple aspects including display, battery life, and connectivity.

Both the REDMI Note 15 Pro and REDMI Note 15 Pro+ have previously received network access approval and support 90W fast charging technology. The Pro+ model additionally supports Beidou satellite short message services, making it REDMI's first smartphone with satellite communication capabilities.
