8月20日，北森控股（09669）公告称，公司于当日通过香港联交所场内回购普通股合计300,000股，占8月19日公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）数目的约0.0414%。回购价格介乎每股3.08港元至3.19港元，总金额约93.54万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数仍为737,776,363股，其中流通股数由724,748,763股减少至724,448,763股，库藏股由13,027,600股增至13,327,600股。公告显示，公司于2025年9月18日通过回购授权，可回购总量为70,122,313股，至今已累计回购18,094,200股，约占回购授权获批时公司已发行股份总数的2.5804%，尚有52,028,113股的授权余额。
公司确认已遵守香港联交所相关上市规则及相关法律规定。公告由联席公司秘书刘宪娜签署。
