威高股份(01066)于2026年7月21日发布公告，披露在香港联交所场内回购220,000股H股普通股，占回购前公司已发行股本（不含库藏股）的约0.0049%。本次回购每股价格介乎港币3.39元至3.42元不等，总耗资约74.98万港元。
经本次回购后，公司已发行股份总数保持不变，仍为4,522,332,324股。其中，已发行股份（不含库藏股）减少至4,460,627,924股，库藏股增加至61,704,400股。根据公告，截至回购当日，威高股份已使用回购授权共计回购4,378,400股，占授权通过时公司已发行股份（不含库藏股）的约0.9807%。
该公告称，回购授权决议于2026年5月29日获通过，公司可回购的额度为446,464,632股。公司确认本次股份回购已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。
