On September 16, 2026, BlackRock, Inc. disposed of 11.61 million shares of GWMOTOR (02333) off-exchange by way of releasing a security interest in shares, with consideration being non-cash assets. The transaction was not matched on the SEHK open market and therefore not a direct secondary-market dealing.
Prior to the disposal, BlackRock's long position in GWMOTOR was 257.53 million shares, representing 11.11%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 245.92 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 10.61%.
