STGT Repurchases 1 Million Shares Under Ongoing Buy-Back Programme

Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited (STGT) announced on Mar, 16 2026 that it bought back 1,000,000 shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand as part of its share repurchase plan for financial management purposes.

The shares were acquired at prices ranging from THB 9.50 to THB 9.60, for a total consideration of about 0.37 million Singapore dollars.

Including the latest purchase, STGT has repurchased 99,179,910 shares—equivalent to 3.46 % of its paid-up capital—for a cumulative outlay of roughly 31.0 million Singapore dollars. The board-approved programme, dated Sep, 18 2025, authorises the company to buy back up to 220,000,000 shares (7.68 % of issued capital) and is scheduled to run until Mar, 20 2026.
