Landmark REIT Management Ltd., manager of Landmark REIT, has issued a reminder that 5:00 p.m. (Singapore time) on Aug, 20 2026 is the Earlybird Consent Expiration Date for its ongoing consent solicitation related to two tranches of perpetual securities totaling 260 million Singapore dollars.

The solicitation, commenced on Aug, 4 2026, covers the 140 million Singapore dollars Perpetual Securities Series 02 (ISIN: SG74H8000008) and the 120 million Singapore dollars Perpetual Securities Series 03 (ISIN: XS1632471352) issued by Perpetual (Asia) Ltd. in its capacity as trustee of Landmark REIT under the 1 billion Singapore dollars Euro Medium Term Securities Programme.

Eligible securityholders that submit valid and unrevoked voting instructions in favor of the respective extraordinary resolutions by the Earlybird Consent Expiration Date will qualify for an Earlybird Consent Fee, subject to settlement conditions and applicable bank charges. Instructions submitted after this deadline but on or before the Final Consent Expiration Date—10:00 a.m. (Singapore time) for Series 02 and 10:45 a.m. (Singapore time) for Series 03 on Aug, 31 2026—will entitle holders only to a lower Final Consent Fee.

Holders who choose to attend and vote at the meetings directly will not be eligible for any consent fees. Copies of the consent solicitation statement are available from the relevant tabulation agents and on the designated consent website.
