KOS INTL (08042) announced that on March 9, 2026, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, KOS Shenzhen, as the lessee, entered into a lease agreement with the lessor, the Administration Bureau of Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone of China. The agreement is for a five-year term, commencing on February 28, 2026, and ending on February 27, 2031, inclusive of both dates. The Group's China headquarters will be located at the leased property. The property address is Floors 1-3, Building 6B, Qianhai Enterprise Public Mansion, No. 63 Qianwan 1st Road, Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Cooperation Zone, Shenzhen, China.
