钧濠集团（00115.HK）3月25日晚间发布业绩预告称，根据截至2025年12月31日止年度的未经审计综合管理账目初步评估，公司预计期内归属于股东的净亏损约0.78亿至0.87亿港元，较2024年度的2.513亿港元大幅收窄。
公司将亏损收窄归因于以下四项因素： 1. 收入增加带动毛利由2024年度的0.16亿港元提升至0.2亿港元； 2. 积极优化成本结构，行政开支同比减少约21.7%； 3. 出售嘉丰实业有限公司100%股权确认一次性收益约0.6亿港元； 4. 投资物业公平值亏损显著减少。
