Fujing Holdings Co., Limited reported that Mr. Lyu Zhonghua has tendered his resignation as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, effective 10 September 2026. According to the company, Mr. Lyu is stepping down due to other personal work commitments.

The board confirmed that Mr. Lyu has no disagreements with either the directors or the company and that no additional matters require shareholder attention following his departure. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Zhang Yonggang expressed gratitude for Mr. Lyu’s contributions during his tenure.

Fujing Holdings is actively identifying a successor for the Chief Financial Officer position and plans to release a further announcement upon appointment.
