Halcyon Agri Corporation Limited announced that it has fully redeemed its guaranteed subordinated perpetual securities on Nov, 18 2025.
The company said all redeemed securities will be cancelled and delisted from the Singapore Exchange.
Originally issued in Nov, 2020, the securities carried a 3.80 per cent coupon and were guaranteed by Sinochem International Corporation.
