Delfi Limited announced its unaudited business update for the three and nine months ended Sep, 30 2025.

The confectionery group reported third-quarter net sales of about 171 million Singapore dollars, up 6.1 % year on year. Revenue growth was driven by a 101.6 million Singapore dollar contribution from Indonesia (+5.2 %) and 69.3 million Singapore dollars from regional markets, mainly Malaysia and the Philippines (+7.3 %).

For the nine-month period, net sales reached approximately 526.6 million Singapore dollars, a 1.6 % increase from the prior-year period. Indonesia contributed 323.6 million Singapore dollars, edging 1.7 % lower, while regional markets generated 203.9 million Singapore dollars, up 7.2 %.

The group’s nine-month gross profit margin declined 130 basis points to 26.8 %, reflecting a weaker Indonesian rupiah, higher promotional spending for own brands and lower margins from agency brands. Nine-month EBITDA fell 17.1 % to roughly 47.3 million Singapore dollars.

Delfi generated 77.1 million Singapore dollars in net cash from operations during the nine months, an increase of 9.4 million Singapore dollars year on year, and held cash of 96.0 million Singapore dollars at Sep, 30 2025 against borrowings of 26.4 million Singapore dollars.

Looking ahead, the company expects continued macroeconomic pressures, geopolitical uncertainties and currency volatility into at least mid-2026. Management said initiatives to improve manufacturing productivity, enhance supply-chain efficiency, review pricing and reformulate products are underway.
