SUPERACTIVE GP (00176) announced that Ms. Yang Suli has resigned as an executive director, effective from November 4, 2025. Separately, Mr. Chow Wai Leung has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive director and member of the company's remuneration committee, nomination committee, and audit committee, effective from the same date. His decision is due to the completion of his nine-year tenure as an independent non-executive director on February 7, 2026, and his intention to dedicate more time to other commitments. Additionally, the company's shares remain suspended from trading.
