顺豪物业（股票代码：00219）公告显示，截至2026年6月30日止六个月，公司实现营业收入3.39亿港元，同比增长1.51%。同期经调整净亏损为4,590万港元，相比去年同期的1.38亿港元大幅收窄约9,230万港元，降幅约67%。

期内，毛利额为9,034.7万港元，较上年同期的7,369.1万港元增长约22%。毛利率由上年同期的22.04%提升至26.62%。公司经营成本方面，行政费用较去年同期增长8%，主要系一般运营开支增加所致；财务成本则同比下降29%，减轻了公司财务负担。

业务分项

1. 酒店业务 报告期内，酒店相关收入达2.82亿港元，较去年同期2.68亿港元增长约5%。公司共拥有包括香港七家、上海一家及伦敦一家共计九家酒店，合计客房数约3,042间，平均入住率维持在90%以上。

2. 商业物业租金收入 商业物业包括伦敦Royal Scot Hotel在内的投资物业、顺豪商业大厦、英皇道633号以及部分商铺等，总租金收入为0.57亿港元，较去年同期0.66亿港元有所回落。
