China Reinsurance (Group) Corporation (China Re, 01508) will convene its board of directors on 30 March 2026 to review and approve the consolidated financial results for the year ended 31 December 2025. The agenda also includes consideration of a final dividend recommendation for the period under review.
The meeting notice, dated 12 March 2026, was signed by Joint Company Secretary Chung Man Nar Mona. Current board composition comprises Executive Directors Zhuang Qianzhi and Zhu Xiaoyun; Non-Executive Directors Yang Changsong, Jia Xiangxiang and Zhou Zheng; and Independent Non-Executive Directors Dai Deming, Ye Mei and Keung Yui Fai.
