中石化炼化工程（集团）股份有限公司（02386）9月30日晚间公告称，公司于2026年9月30日召开第五届董事会第十六次会议，审议并通过委任郑立军为公司董事长的议案。
同日，公司对董事会各专门委员会成员进行了调整，具体如下：

截至公告日，公司董事会成员包括：执行董事郑立军、张新明、俞仁明；非执行董事向文武、彭乾冰；独立非执行董事叶政、赵劲松、章旭彦及谢艳丽。
