On September 15, 2026, BlackRock, Inc. disposed of 1.92 million H shares of HENGRUI PHARMA (01276) off-exchange, as it no longer held a security interest in the shares; the transaction involved non-cash assets. This off-exchange transaction was not matched on the SEHK open market and therefore not a direct secondary-market dealing.
Prior to the disposal, BlackRock, Inc.'s long position in HENGRUI PHARMA was 19.98 million shares, representing 7.74%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 18.07 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 6.99%.
