IBM今日盘中大幅上涨5.02%，引发市场广泛关注。此次上涨主要受到IT咨询板块集体走强以及Circle收购IBM区块链专利组合的利好消息共同推动。

消息面上，IT咨询行业板块今日集体走强，同行业埃森哲上涨7.45%、高知特上涨6.77%，板块联动效应显著，带动IBM股价修复性反弹。此前IBM于7月22日发布的二季度财报显示，营收172亿美元同比微增约1%，但Z系列大型机营收同比骤降42%，全年营收增速预期从"逾5%"下调至"4%至5%"。由于公司此前已发布盈利预警，市场对利空消息已基本消化。尽管多家机构下调了目标价，但高盛、杰富瑞、加拿大皇家银行等仍维持买入评级，当前均价目标约250美元，远高于现价，反映出市场对下半年业绩修复仍存预期。

此外，萨斯奎汉纳证券指出，稳定币巨头Circle收购IBM的区块链专利组合是一项具有重要战略意义的举措。IBM的区块链专利组合包含约1,450项有效专利，涵盖供应链溯源和加密交易验证等领域，其技术方案与Circle的机构级区块链高度契合。同时，IBM收购HRL实验室布局量子计算，以及管理层表示推迟交易已有三分之一完成交割，均为市场情绪修复提供了支撑。
