2026年8月13日，业聚医疗集团控股有限公司（06929）发布公告称，董事会已宣派截至2026年6月30日止期间的中期股息，每股0.08港元，股息性质为普通股息。
根据公告，股份将于2026年9月18日除净；股东如欲符合收取股息资格，须最迟于2026年9月21日16:30前将股份过户文件送达香港中央证券登记有限公司。公司股份过户登记册将自2026年9月22日至2026年9月24日暂停办理过户登记手续，记录日期定为2026年9月24日。中期股息计划于2026年10月6日派付。
公告显示，是次派息将以港元结算，汇率为1港元兑1港元，公告未提及需代扣的所得税信息。
