碧桂园服务(06098)于2026年9月11日发布翌日披露公告。公告显示，公司当日于香港联交所场内回购普通股股份30万股，占公司截至回购当日前现有已发行股本约0.009%。回购价每股介乎港币5.32元至5.365元，合计涉资约1,603,000港元（折合约160.30万港元）。
根据公告，截至2026年9月11日收市后，公司已发行股本仍为3,325,821,519股，库藏股数量为0股。碧桂园服务表示，此次回购基于2026年5月29日通过的购回授权，授权可购回股份总数为325,833,448股，而公司自该授权通过以来已累计在包括香港联交所在内的证券交易所回购16,074,000股，占购回授权通过当日公司已发行股份约0.4933%。
公司同时确认，本次回购行为符合香港联合交易所证券上市规则及相关法例的规定。公告由联席公司秘书梁创顺签署。
