泸州银行(01983)公布，2025年度股东会已审议通过2025年度利润分配方案，将向全体股东派发末期股息。
根据方案，末期股息按每10股派发现金股息人民币1.3元（含税）。其中，内资股股东以人民币收取，H股股东以港币收取，换算汇率为1.00港元兑人民币0.869406元，即每10股H股应付末期股息为1.495274港元（含税）。
此次派息的权益登记日为2026年7月10日（星期五），派息日定于2026年7月28日（星期二），适用于当日名列本行股东名册的内资股及H股股东。有关末期股息的具体税项安排及暂停办理股份过户登记手续等事宜，详见公司此前发布的通函。
