HASHKEY HLDGS Implements Full Electronic Distribution of Corporate Communications

HashKey Holdings Limited (HASHKEY HLDGS) has formally adopted an electronic-only dissemination model for all future corporate communications in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rule 2.07A.

Under the new arrangement, documents such as annual reports, interim reports, notices of meeting, circulars and proxy forms will be provided exclusively via the company website (group.hashkey.com) and Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will be supplied only upon request, and any preference for hard-copy materials will remain valid for one year unless revoked or replaced earlier.

The board will no longer issue separate notifications alerting non-registered shareholders when new documents are posted online. Shareholders are therefore expected to monitor the company’s and the exchange’s websites proactively.

Non-registered shareholders who prefer physical copies must submit a completed request form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, or send an email to 3887-ecom@vistra.com. Queries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333 during business hours.

The initiative, signed off by Chairman, Executive Director and CEO Dr. Xiao Feng on 29 April 2026, aligns the company’s communication practices with regulatory requirements while promoting operational efficiency and environmental sustainability.
