在代扣所得税安排上，对不同类别H股股东实行差异化税率。境外非居民企业股东统一按10%的税率代扣企业所得税；非中国内地登记地址的非个人居民股东，视其税收居民身份及税收协定，按10%或协定税率（高于10%低于20%）、或20%的税率代扣个人所得税。对于通过港股通投资的内地个人投资者及内地证券投资基金，公司均按20%的税率代扣个人所得税。
