报告期内,母公司拥有权益持有人应占亏损为人民币373,396千元(2024年:人民币65,495千元),同比扩大人民币307,901千元。同期,现金EBITDA(非国际财务报告准则财务计量)为人民币881,969千元(2024年:人民币957,843千元),同比下降7.9%。全年并无派付末期股息。
截至2025年年底,集团总资产合计人民币7,972,869千元(2024年:人民币8,464,252千元),其中非流动资产约人民币5,557,401千元,流动资产约人民币2,415,468千元;总负债为人民币4,167,768千元(2024年:人民币4,288,460千元),权益总额人民币3,805,101千元(2024年:人民币4,175,792千元)。财务杠杆比率由55.9%上升至59.2%。在运营方面,成乳牛单产由每年每头12.05吨提高至12.40吨,行政开支率从4.88%下降至4.65%。公司通过多维度举措严控成本、提升运营效率,整体保持经营性现金流和资金结构的稳健。
