According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on December 19, a shareholder of TWINTEK (06182) transferred shares from Cheerwin Securities to Kingston Securities, with a transfer value of HK$444 million, accounting for 75% of the holdings.
TWINTEK has also issued an announcement stating that trading of the company's shares was suspended starting at 9:00 a.m. on December 17, 2025.
