希玛医疗控股有限公司（下称“希玛医疗控股”，股票代码：03309）于2026年2月20日发布翌日披露报表，公告公司在市场上回购130,000股普通股股份。该回购数量约占本次事件前已发行股本（不包括库藏股）总数的0.0107%，每股回购价区间为1.49港元至1.53港元，合计支付约196,140港元。
本次回购后，希玛医疗控股的已发行股本（不包括库藏股）数目变为1,211,920,870股，库藏股数目则增至20,422,000股。公司回购授权于2025年5月19日获通过，根据授权可回购股份总数为125,556,087股，此次回购占授权时已发行股本（不包括库藏股）数目的约0.0104%。
