2026年3月13日，周黑鸭国际控股有限公司（01458）发布翌日披露报表，披露近期回购并注销部分已发行股份的情况。公告显示，该公司于2025年4月7日至2026年2月2日回购46,813,000股普通股，并于2026年3月12日完成注销。
此次回购股份占该公司回购前已发行股本2,159,709,500股的约2.1676%。公司披露的回购均价为每股2.4275港元。上述股份注销后，公司已发行股本总数下降至2,112,896,500股。
周黑鸭国际控股有限公司表示，回购及相关注销已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法规。公告由董事会主席、执行董事兼行政总裁周富裕签署。
