Bank of Chongqing: 3.4634 Million Restricted Shares to Become Tradable on February 5

Bank of Chongqing announced that a portion of the restricted shares from its initial public offering of A-shares will be released for trading on February 5, 2026. The total number of shares being unlocked is 3.4634 million, involving 222 shareholders. As of January 28, the bank's total share capital stands at 3.475 billion shares, of which 16.1632 million A-shares are subject to trading restrictions. Following the formation of this batch of restricted shares, the total share capital increased by 84,600 shares due to the conversion of "Chongyin Convertible Bonds." The shareholders have made commitments regarding the lock-up period and the proportion of shares they can reduce, and all have fulfilled their relevant promises.
