百融智能 (于开曼群岛注册成立以不同投票权控制的有限公司，股票代码：06608) 于2026年10月8日发布公告，披露公司于香港联交所场内进行股份回购的情况。
本次回购涉及B类普通股169,000股，占回购前公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）约0.0382%。回购价格区间为每股港币5.43元至5.47元，合计支出约港币92.24万元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）变更为369,985,140股，库存股份数增至25,427,500股，总已发行股本维持在395,412,640股。公司购回授权于2026年6月30日获得通过，可回购的股份总数为44,987,317股，公告显示，截至目前公司已根据授权在包括本次回购在内的交易中累计回购了7,282,000股，约占购回授权决议通过当日已发行股本总数的1.6187%。
公司表示，本次回购遵守了香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由执行董事、主席兼行政总裁张韶峰签署并确认。
