Beijing Enterprises Urban Resources Group Limited (Stock Code: 3718) disclosed that its wholly owned subsidiary, Beijing Enterprises Urban Environmental Services Group Limited (BE Urban Environmental Services PRC), has been awarded two new tenders in Chengde City (Hebei Province) and Nanjing City (Jiangsu Province). The recent successful bids were announced following a public tender process conducted by local authorities in the People’s Republic of China.
According to the disclosure, the project in Shuangqiao District of Chengde involves an estimated total contract value of RMB185.13 million, translating to around RMB61.71 million in annual revenue over a three-year term. The scope of services includes comprehensive cleaning and sanitation, waste collection and transportation, and maintenance of multiple waste transfer stations.
The project in Gaochun District of Nanjing is estimated at RMB260.18 million in total contract value, with an approximate annual revenue of RMB86.73 million. Its duration is also three years, subject to a “1+1+1” renewal framework based on relevant policies. Services encompass environmental sanitation and cleaning, greening maintenance, waste sorting, and upkeep of sanitation facilities.
The company stated that these figures are projections and may change if market conditions shift. A formal contract related to each tender has yet to be signed, and the final contract value and total revenue could differ from current estimates.
