天长集团于2025年录得收益约5.19亿元，较2024年的约5.40亿元下滑3.9%。同期毛利约1.08亿元（2024年：1.10亿元），毛利率约20.8%（2024年：20.4%）。期内亏损约14.5百万港元（2024年：13.7百万港元），每股基本及摊薄亏损均约2.33港仙（2024年：2.20港仙）。

分部方面，电子烟产品收益约48.6百万港元，较上年度的约91.0百万港元明显下降，主要因订单减少。一体化注塑解决方案分部收益约4.68亿元（2024年：4.46亿元），受益于新订单量与单价提升而录得增长。医疗消耗品分部收益约2.7百万港元（2024年：3.0百万港元），规模相对稳定。集团整体毛利主要来自注塑模具设计与制造及电子烟产品，医疗消耗品贡献相对较小。
