Wag!集团(PET)日前宣布完成重大资产出售交易。2025年7月14日，该集团与医疗分销巨头Cencora(COR)旗下MWI兽医供应公司签署资产购买协议，以500万美元现金价格转让旗下兽医电子处方平台Furscription的全部业务资产。
本次交易涵盖Furscription业务的全套核心资产，包括专属软件系统、运营设备、计算机硬件、应收账款及相关知识产权。值得注意的是，所有现有业务合同及核心团队成员也将随业务一并转移。根据协议条款，Cencora将暂扣50万美元作为赔偿义务保证金，待18个月合约期满后清算支付。
Wag!集团在声明中透露，此次交易所获资金将专项用于偿还其优先债权人Retriever LLC的债务。分析人士指出，此举标志着Wag!集团战略重心调整，或将资源集中于宠物服务核心赛道。Furscription作为兽医电子处方领域的创新平台，其技术整合预期将强化Cencora在动物医疗供应链的数字化布局。
