Gf Securities Co.,Ltd. (HKEX: 01776) has announced that interest payments for its 2022 bonds issued to professional investors will be made on July 15, 2026. The interest covers the period from July 15, 2025, to July 14, 2026.
The bonds in question are the first series issued in 2022, specifically Tranche Two and Tranche Three. Tranche Two, with the bond code "22 GF 02," has a five-year term, an issuance scale of RMB 2 billion, and a coupon rate of 3.24%. Tranche Three, coded "22 GF 03," features a ten-year term, an issuance scale of RMB 600 million, and a coupon rate of 3.70%.
The company confirmed the upcoming interest payment in a formal notice to the market.
