天瑞汽车内饰（06162.HK）3月20日发布盈利警告称，经对截至2025年12月31日止年度的未经审计综合管理账目进行初步评估，预计公司将录得不超过0.07亿元的净亏损；而上一财年同期公司实现净利润约0.02亿元。
公司表示，业绩转亏的主要原因是本年度研发费用较上年增加约0.06亿元。
公告同时指出，相关财务数据尚未经过核数师审核，也未提交公司审核委员会审阅，最终业绩将于2026年3月30日公布。
