WAI CHUN GROUP: Shareholders Approve All AGM Resolutions with Near-Unanimous Support

Wai Chun Group Holdings Limited reported decisive shareholder backing for every item on the agenda at its Annual General Meeting held on 29 September 2026.

A total of 240.82 million shares—approximately 90.05 % of the 267.39 million shares in issue—were voted. Each of the six ordinary resolutions secured 99.9999 % support, with just 200 votes (0.0001 %) cast against each motion.

Key approvals included: • Adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2026. • Re-election of Executive Director and CEO Lam Ka Chun, and Independent Non-Executive Director Wong Po Keung; authorisation for the Board to determine directors’ remuneration. • Re-appointment of McMillan Woods (Hong Kong) CPA Limited as external auditor. • Renewal of general mandates empowering the Board to issue, allot, and repurchase shares, plus an extension allowing any repurchased shares to be added to the issuance mandate.

Union Registrars Limited acted as scrutineer for the poll. All directors attended the meeting either in person or electronically.
