太平洋航运集团有限公司(02343)于3月3日发布公告，董事会建议派发截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息，每股0.06港元。有关议案尚待股东于2026年4月22日举行的股东大会上批准。
公告显示，本次派息以2026年4月28日为除净日，股东欲享有此次股息须于2026年4月29日16时30分前办理股份过户手续。公司将于2026年4月30日暂停办理股份过户登记，并于同日确定股东名册。本次股息预计于2026年5月12日派付。
