中国水务（00855）今日盘中大跌5.09%，引发市场关注。
消息面上，中国水务于昨日晚间发布了截至2025年3月31日的2025财年业绩报告。报告显示，公司实现收入约116.57亿港元，同比下降9.4%；净利润约10.75亿港元，同比大幅下降29.9%。尽管公司调整后EBITDA同比小幅增长1.8%至52.6亿港元，但整体业绩表现不及市场预期。
业绩下滑的主要原因是公司调整发展策略，大幅降低资本开支。期内建设类资本开支同比大幅下降36.9%，由去年的46亿港元降至29亿港元，导致资本开支相关建造收入明显减少。公司预计2025财年至2026财年的资本开支将进一步下降至不超过20亿港元。尽管如此，公司城市供水和直饮水业务仍保持增长，环保运营分部收入也同比大幅上升69.9%。
值得注意的是，尽管业绩下滑，公司仍维持了稳定的派息政策。董事会建议派发末期股息每股15港仙，全年度每股合共派发股息28港仙，与上一财年持平，派息率达42.4%。这可能反映了公司对未来发展的信心。此外，欧力士集团和长城人寿保险分别增持了公司7.62%和5.04%的股份，显示长线机构投资者对公司前景仍持积极态度。
