鹰瞳科技-B（股票代码：02251）于2026年9月21日发布翌日披露报表，宣布当日于香港联交所以每股9.51港元至9.60港元的价格回购股份9,000股。此次回购股份占交易前公司已发行股本约0.009%，合计付出约85,995.50港元（折合约8.60万港元）。
本次回购完成后，公司总股本维持在103,568,013股，其中国内上市的H股（不包括库存股）数量为100,717,213股，库存股增至2,850,800股。公司于2026年6月26日获股东大会授权可回购10,137,961股，截至目前已合计回购662,400股，占授权时公司已发行股本约0.6534%。
