10月28日上午，自动驾驶技术公司小马智行（PONY）股价出现大幅上涨，盘中一度上涨11.74%。这一显著涨幅引起了投资者的广泛关注。
据彭博社报道，知情人士透露，优步（Uber）计划投资约1亿美元参与小马智行在香港的首次公开募股（IPO）。这一消息被认为是推动小马智行股价上涨的主要原因。优步此举将深化其与中国自动驾驶出租车公司的合作关系。
小马智行已于近日在香港启动招股程序，预计于11月6日在港交所挂牌上市。此次IPO计划发售约4196万股，每股发售价不超过180港元，最多可募集约9.72亿美元资金。值得注意的是，小马智行已成功引入包括Eastspring在内的多家国际知名机构作为基石投资者，基石认购总额达到1.2亿美元。
根据小马智行发布的招股书显示，公司2025年上半年实现营业收入3543万美元，同比增长43.3%。其中，核心业务Robotaxi（自动驾驶出租车）板块收入同比增长178.8%。目前，小马智行拥有超过720辆Robotaxi的车队，累积超5500万公里的全球自动驾驶路测里程。公司预计在2025年实现单车运营盈亏平衡，并在2028年至2029年间实现整体盈利。
