贝莱德首次对其旗下旗舰私募信贷基金实施赎回限制后，公司股价应声下挫。
面向个人投资者发行的非上市商业发展公司HPS企业贷款基金宣布，由于首次出现投资者赎回请求超过总份额5%的情况，本季度将不再履行其承诺的5%流动性门槛以外的份额回购义务。
根据上周五送达投资者的信函显示，这只交易代码为HLEND的基金在本季度收到的赎回申请高达总份额的9.3%。该基金成立四年来已实现10.7%的年化净收益率。
信函强调："HLEND精心设计的流动性框架——特别是每季度5%的定期份额回购机制——是实现这些收益成果的基石。若缺失该机制，投资者资金与基金所投私募信贷贷款的预期期限将出现结构性错配。"
消息公布后，贝莱德股价在早盘交易中跌幅约达5%。
