The disclosed transactions involved purchasing 72,000 shares at a total of US$0.59 million, with prices ranging between US$8.21 and US$8.27, and selling 150,000 shares at a total of US$1.24 million, with prices ranging between US$8.18 and US$8.45. The dealings were made for its own account, and Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc is ultimately owned by Morgan Stanley.
