根据一份提交给美国证券交易委员会（SEC）的文件显示，美国迪进国际（Digi Power X Inc）已与人工智能计算公司Cerebras达成一项数据中心协议，将在美国阿拉巴马州部署高达40兆瓦的人工智能计算能力。
根据协议条款，Cerebras获得了一项为期十年的独家许可权，并附带有延长选项。该合同的初始价值约为11亿美元，若包含后续的延期选项，总价值最高可达25亿美元。
项目的实施将分为两个阶段进行。第一阶段计划部署15兆瓦的算力，目标是在2026年12月15日前完成。规模更大的第二阶段，即总计达到40兆瓦的算力部署，则预计在2027年第一季度末前实现。
