A-Living Smart City Services Updates Board Line-up and Committee Structure

The board of A-Living Smart City Services Co., Ltd. announced an updated roster of directors and detailed the composition of its four governance committees as of 21 July 2026 in Hong Kong. The Board now comprises seven members: three executive directors, one employee representative director and three independent non-executive directors.

Executive leadership is headed by Chairman Wang Haiyang, President and Chief Executive Officer Li Dalong, and Vice President Chen Siyang. Vice President Zhao Yu serves as the employee representative director. Independent non-executive oversight is provided by Wang Gonghu, Weng Guoqiang and Li Jiahe.

Committee assignments are as follows:

1. Audit Committee – chaired by independent director Wang Gonghu, with Weng Guoqiang and Li Jiahe as members.

2. Remuneration and Appraisal Committee – chaired by Weng Guoqiang; members include Wang Haiyang, Li Dalong, Wang Gonghu and Li Jiahe.

3. Nomination Committee – chaired by Wang Haiyang, joined by Zhao Yu, Wang Gonghu, Weng Guoqiang and Li Jiahe.

4. Risk Management Committee – chaired by Wang Haiyang, with Li Dalong, Wang Gonghu and Li Jiahe as members.

The revised structure underscores A-Living Smart City Services’ emphasis on balanced governance, combining executive management, employee representation and independent oversight across key board committees.
